Designed to perform where standard adhesives fail, this high temperature spray adhesive resists the elevated temperatures found inside vans and campervans in warm weather - where ordinary contact adhesives can soften, release, and cause your lining to sag or peel away from the ceiling or walls. Whether you're bonding van carpet lining to panels, headlinings, wheel arch covers, or door cards, this adhesive keeps everything locked in place long-term.

It works on a wide range of surfaces and materials, making it ideal not just for carpet but for foam, fabric, rubber, wood, and most rigid substrates commonly found in van conversion builds. Simply spray both surfaces, allow a brief tack time, then press together for an immediate, firm bond. No clamping or waiting — just a clean, professional result.

We recommend allowing approximately one can per metre of carpet, so it's worth adding the right quantity to your order alongside your carpet. For a standard SWB van conversion using 12m of carpet lining, 12 cans is a good guide. For a LWB build using 15m, allow 15 cans.
